Life changes

“Sometimes life can seem overwhelming, you turn left and there’s a problem, you turn right and there’s another. Often the way to get out of this is to NOT TRY and resolve the problem but change the context in which you experience it. Changing the context means that the problem no longer has the support of the framework that maintains it. So if your problem is at work, change jobs, if your problem is at home change homes, if your problem is you, change you – find another context in which you can be valued and appreciated for who you are. It may seem easier to say than do, but actually it’s not as difficult as you might first think”.
